Frequent ReportingWe will keep you regularly informed about the state of your IT infrastructure and its fitness to help you meet your business objectives. All proactive support customers will receive the following reports: Weekly remote administrationWith an easy to read summary, if we spot a problem we will simply create a ticket and resolve it. If the problem is more complex and a cost is involved, we will present you with enough facts to enable you make an informed decision.
Monthly support usageWe will present you with a summary of all support requests by you and your colleagues, the status of the request and time worked. If you would like more detail, simply give us the ticket number and we will send you a full report. If you have a more sophisticated requirement and need constantly up to date information, we can give you access to our helpdesk web portal allowing you to view tickets in real time. You will also be able to carry out detailed searches of past as well as open tickets.
Change ManagementDocumenting the changes in your IT infrastructure is a difficult but essential task. It is all too easy to become complacent and when the information is required, perhaps during a critical failure much productivity will be lost searching for the correct answer. We use the network healthcheck as the beginning of the change management process and keep all your information in our secure portal accessible only by those who need to know. When changes occur, e.g. passwords, we simply update your portal. Similarly when you make changes, perhaps a new smartphone, just let us know and we will keep everything up to date.
