Network Healthcheck - Preventative Health for your Technology |
|
The help4IT network healthcheck provides an in depth look at the way your business uses Information Technology. A detailed report is produced which provides an in-depth snapshot of your network right down to the computers of individual users....
You may want us to carry out a network healthcheck to provide an independent opinion on the state of your infrastructure or you may be considering outsourcing your IT to help4IT. Either way the detailed documentation will provide you with all the information you need in one easy to use report. help4IT will analyse, report and recommend on nine elements of your infrastructure.
Servers Email and Messenging Systems File and Print Services Client Platform Virus and Malware Defence Disaster Recovery Security Internet and Remote Working Licensing
When help4IT makes a recommendation we give indicative costs for the work required. We will score the work in terms of importance to the business and the benefits that will be achieved. In this way you can prioritise any recommendations in terms of cost, criticality and benefit.
We will perform both an objective assessment, gathering facts and figures about your network and a subjective assessment gathering information about your business objectives. We will analyse each element of your IT infrastructure and apply a risk rating. Any works required within each element are then further broken down into the risk categories they fall into.
The information gathered from the network healthcheck will be securely placed in your section of our support portal, allowing us to take full responsibility for change management, just as you would expect from your own IT department. When changes take place to your IT infrastructure we will keep the information in your support portal up to date, giving us an accurate picture at all times. In this way when we perform work for you we need not waste time asking questions about things you would expect a professional IT department to already know.
