Microsoft Project Server allows you to stay informed by controlling your project work, schedule and finances and effectively communicate project data. Purchasing licences for Project server, desktop and web access can be expensive and inefficient as project teams form and disperse with members joining  and leaving. We can provide a hosted project solution allowing you the flexibility to vary the size of project teams without penalty, you simply pay monthly for the number of users using our hosted service.

Microsoft Project has been extended with Microsoft Office Project Server and Microsoft Project Web Access. Project Server stores project data in a central database. Project Web Access allows users to display and update data over The Internet. Project Web Access allows authorised users to access a Project Server database across The Internet. Project Web Access includes timesheets, graphical analysis of resource workloads and administrative tools.

Microsoft Project recognises different classes of users which can have differing access levels to projects, views and other data. Customer objects such as calendars, views, tables, filters and fields are stored in an enterprise global database which is shared by all users.
