Our colleagues make an impact in a proactive, quickly changing environment. We take the same ownership and responsibility that you would expect from your own senior employees.... We anticipate problems before they start affecting your productivity, responding faster to deliver excellent service. All of our colleagues, whether they are working directly with your IT systems or providing a support role in the office have technical skills and the ability to communicate with you in an understandable and emphathic manner. It is not easy recruiting the best, less than 1% of applicants are interviewed. All of our colleagues engage in a continuous process of learning and research, much of it in their spare time. In return we pay them well, providing a structured career path and a pleasant enjoyable working environment. Everytime we communicate with you we aim to develop a good understanding of your objective and leave you feeling that the job has been well done. We think we achieve this most of the time and if we make mistakes we will own up to them and rectify the situation quickly. It is easy to get complacent, we need praise when we have done well and constructive criticism in order for us to improve. We use several methods to encourage feedback and when every support ticket is completed we give you the opportunity to leave a comment which will go straight to our technical operations manager.
