How To Get Here
The easiest method of getting to help4IT HQ is by underground, we are a five minute walk from the nearest stations: Mansion House (District and Circle line); Canon Street (District and Circle line); Bank (Central, Waterloo & City and Northern line).
We are in the Deutsche Postbank building on the corner of Queen Street and Upper Thames Street, five minutes walk south of the Mansion House and Bank underground stations.

help4IT operates through a distributed network of technicians employed by us and controlled by a central helpdesk, in this way we can provide seamless remote and onsite support throughout the UK with solid service level agreements.
We offer a full 24/7 IT support service and are therefore able to support customer branch offices in different time zones throughout the World. Where onsite support is required we have built up solid arrangements with key partners in order to provide a seamless service.
